Quartz infrared heat lamps are Tubular double-ended quartz infrared heat lamps are high powered heat sources incorporating a tungsten filament within a quartz envelop. They are of the haloge type. Which avoids blackening of the tube and consuquently infrared deprecation throughout their whole lifetime.
